Maintenance Caution
To best maintain the ballistic helmet & armor plate’s shelf life and performance, please read below maintenance procedures:
When not equipping the helmets, avoid direct exposure under sunlight and all helmets must be stored in a cool, dry place that has good ventilation where away from corrosive materials.
When in need of cleaning the ballistic helmets- Use only water damped cloth to wipe off the dirt mark. Do not drop your helmet, the impact can crack the outer paint and resin layer. Do not carry your helmet by the chin strap. You can damage the strap and liner system. Do not store a wet helmet in a closed box or bag. Mould and mildew can propagate. Do not leave the helmet in direct sunlight with extreme heat. The condition could weaken the material and the paint itself. Do not use mineral spirits or anything that could remove paints to clean the helmet. Remember NO Product is bulletproof 100%, multiple impacts, especially in the same area will penetrate the material.
Include but not limited the above maintenance procedures.
This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed, implied, or statutory, and is strictly limited to the terms hereof: MILITECH/RAPTOR TACTICAL specifically disclaims any warranty of merchantability or of usefulness for a particular purpose. The defective product must be returned to MILITECH/RAPTOR TACTICAL with proof of purchase and information describing the nature of the problem. It is expressly agreed that the Purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy for breach of the above warranty, for any tortious conduct of MILITECH/RAPTOR TACTICAL, or for any other cause of action, shall be the repair, replacement, or credit at MILITECH or RAPTOR TACTICAL’s discretion, of any components or parts thereof, that after examination by MILITECH/RAPTOR TACTICAL are proven to be defective.
If it is determined by MILITECH/RAPTOR TACTICAL that the product’s failure was due to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance. Or normal wear and tear, the product is not covered in this warranty.
MILITECH/RAPTOR TACTICAL shall be released from all obligations under this warranty in the event repairs or modifications are made to any of the parts by persons other than its own service personnel. No agent, employee or representative of MILITECH/RAPTOR TACTICAL may bind MILITECH/RAPTOR TACTICAL to any affirmation, representation or modification of the warranty concerning the goods sold under this contract.
Exclusion of Consequential Damages—Purchaser specifically understands and agrees that under no circumstances will MILITECH/RAPTOR TACTICAL be liable to Purchaser for economic, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses of any kind whatsoever, including but not limited to, loss of anticipated profits and any other loss caused by reason of non-operation of the goods. This exclusion is applicable to the claims for breach of warranty, tortious conduct or any other cause of action against MILITECH/RAPTOR TACTICAL.
Returns
We understand sometimes things don't work out well, during the "mind change" period, you can return the goods at any time--Even in perfect condition. After we have received the returned product(s) we will first check the condition of the goods and proceed refund under the below conditions;
1, Please kindly note the shipping cost(s) involved for the order is not refundable, if the product is listed as free shipping listing, then 20% of the transaction value in USD will be deducted and considered as shipping cost. 
2, Buyer must contact us before raising Return Request so we could provide shipping instructions--If the buyer does not follow our shipping instruction and returned the package, which may cause heavy import tax for us to import, and such import tax cost will be deducted from the buyer's total refundable amount.
3, Please refer to below return & refund policies
a) If the product is returned due to a quality issue on delivery to the customer, we require evidence of pictures from the customer end to support such request before the return of product(s) can be accepted.
