New Armorshield vest carrier black (no soft armor or plates) xl/reg. Scene carrier. New leftover from the manufacturer (US company that was located in Kentucky) after they went out of business. These have been stored in our smoke free home and are all hanging in closets. There is always a possibility they may have some dust from storage, but all are new and never put into service. US bidders only, we will not and cannot ship these out of the US per Homeland Security regulations.........These are carriers ONLY and have no ballistic protection in any capacity......It is up to the buyer to add their own Soft armor and or Ballistic Plates.
