New Armorshield 15x15 Level IIIA Soft armor panel. New leftover from the manufacturer (US company that was located in Kentucky) after they went out of business. Unit has smudge on it from falling on ground during transportation to current location. Date of manufacture 2/2010. This unit has never been put into or seen use.  There is always a possibility they may have some dust from storage, but all are new and never put into service.
