Made of 100% industrial strength polished silicone with debossed "SO OTHERS MAY LIVE" lettering with a Star of Life on each side of the lettering that is engraved or molded into the silicone of the wristband and are not merely printed on the surface. SIZE: MEDIUM or LARGE
The large bands are 8⅜″ around and will fit most adults and large-framed teenagers. 
The medium bands are 7⅜″ around and will fit youth to adults.
Don't worry about the size of your hand, these bracelets have plenty of stretch so the main concern is your wrist size.
